We are hiring across hardware, firmware, and software. All roles are based in Mumbai and work directly on client products — not internal tooling, not support work. You will be part of teams that own products end to end.
You write firmware for microcontrollers — bare-metal or RTOS-based. You are comfortable reading schematics, using a logic analyser, and debugging issues on real hardware. You understand how software and hardware interact at a low level, and you care about getting that interaction right.
Skills: C C++ ARM Cortex-M FreeRTOS — plus I²C, SPI, UART, CAN, USB. BLE or Wi-Fi experience is a strong plus.

We are a small team, which means you own what you work on. One week you might be debugging a firmware timing issue on an STM32; the next you are reviewing a PCB layout for a sensor front-end, or thinking through an API design with a client. The work is always varied and always real.
There are no layers between you and the problem. You work directly with clients and directly on the product — hardware, firmware, and software in the same team. If you have a better approach, say it — we listen and act on good ideas.

We hire based on the quality of your engineering thinking — not primarily on years of experience. Show us something you built, a problem you solved, or a design decision you made. That matters more than a well-formatted CV.
