Description

The ETM150 with LPC22xx series establishes a new price/performance ratio for the 32-bit ARM7 segment, offering the most cost-effective microcontrollers at twice the speed and up to four times the performance of existing 32-bit ARM microcontrollers. ETM150 will accelerate the task of designers to run application software on target 32bit board hardware thus providing a platform to benchmark their system, save time & expense of building their own application test board.

» 16/32-bit ARM7TDMI-S micro controller in a tiny LQFP144 package – Philips LPC22XX.

» 16 kB of on-chip static RAM and 256 kB of on-chip Flash program memory. 128-bit wide interface/accelerator enables high-speed 60 MHz operations.

» In-System/In-Application Programming (ISP/IAP) via on-chip boot-loader software. Single Flash sector or full chip erase in 400 ms and programming of 256 bytes in 1 ms.

» Serial interfaces including 2 serial ports

» 8 channel 10-bit A/D converters provide a total of up to 10 analog inputs, with conversion times as low as 2.44 µsec per channel.

» Two 32-bit timers/external event counters (with four capture and four compare channels each), PWM unit ( six outputs ) and watchdog.

» Low power Real-time clock with independent power and dedicated 32 kHz clock input.

» Vectored interrupt controller with configurable priorities and vector addresses.

» Up to 47.5 V tolerant general-purpose I/O pins in tiny LQFP144 package.

» Up to nine edges or level sensitive external interrupt pins available.

» 60 MHz maximum CPU clock available from programmable on-chip PLL with settling time of 100 us.

» On-chip integrated oscillator operates with external crystal in range of 1 MHz to 30 MHz and with external oscillator up to 50 MHz.

» 20 PIN standard JTAG

» Port 2-channel AD sampling input through POT

» 2-channel PWM output, one is output to a buzzer,

» I2C bus interface with EEPROM IC

» CAN interface out put 2nos out of 4 available on connector

» SPI interface available on connector

» 16 x 2 line LCD interface
